Duties and Responsibilities
i) Analyses trends, data, demographics, strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
ii) Participate in setting marketing schedules with clients and maintain excellent relationship through superior customer service
iii) Creates a plan to gain customers and retention through making product/ service appeal to the target market.
iv) Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement, schedule appointments and meetings with clients as necessary
v) Identify, contact, prepare presentations and activate potential clients into the digital platform
vi) Create and maintain accounts of prospective clients and active accounts payable monthly within the site.
vii) Determine customer needs and oﬀer product or service solutions and support both within the site, call or during visit.
