Key Qualification At least 2 years of experience in a hydroponic farmExtensive knowledge of the art of growing plants without soilExcellent people skillsAbility to use all the necessary equipment’s of hydroponicsForward-thinking mindset, able to see the big picture at all timesInterest in the hydroponic industryTrade school certification with hydroponics specialty will be added advantageHe or she should have bachelor’s degree in an agriculture-related fieldPerform other related duties as required from time to time.
