- liaise with airlines Agents for Ticket Bookings & issuance.
- Flight and travel arrangements are done efficiently.
- Handle cancellation, re-issuance of tickets, refunds, and rescheduling of travel for the clients
- Check the availability of flights and fare rules to ensure that the clients are advised accordingly
- Ability to use E-ticketing systems.
- Preparation of Travel quotations for clients/organization
- Create and advise the clients on their itinerary
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Travel and tourism studies
- 1 or more years knowledge in the international/ domestic ticketing business
- Knowledge of Tours is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work well with e-ticketing systems
- Good in IT, organization and planning skills
