Job Description/Requirements

Role Objective:
The role holder is primarily responsible meeting the revenue and margin targets through effective planning and market strategies. The leader is expected to work and own individual targets within the application space.

Duties & Responsibilities
•    Responsible for closing deals in application space
•    Sign up partnership agreements with OEM’s/Application Business Partners in the application space
•    Carries, manages and achieves individual sales targets
•    Identify opportunities related to application services in East Africa starting with Kenya
•    Create account list related to application landscape in Kenya
•    Provide Our client capability presentations to identified accounts to create opportunities
•    Identification, progression and signing of application services deals in East Africa
•    Provide technical presentation to the identified and qualified opportunities on overall solution proposal
•    Work with Our client bid desk to submit RFP response to the tenders
•    Work in close relationship with Our client to identify new opportunities for AMS partner based out of Our client office in Nairobi
•    Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey
•    Achieve the set targets for the AMS

Knowledge and Experience required of jobholder
•    Bachelor degree/diploma in a relevant course
•    5-10 years of experience selling applications/ ERPs such as SAP, SAGE, Microsoft, Oracle in BFSI etc.
•    Excellent relationship management skills
•    Understands direct selling of I.T
•    Essential direct handling and exposure of Creating, Defending, Negotiating Customer proposals- face- to-face with end customers
•    Great negotiation skills
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Should have strong communication and presentations skills
