Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
a)    Preparation of Management Account
b)    Cash & Bank Book Maintenance
c)    Expenditure monitoring and management
d)    Budget Preparations
e)    Management of Stocks & Stores
f)    Payroll Review
g)    General Ledger Reconciliations
h)    Liaising with Internal & External Auditors
i)    Tax returns Filing and Maintenance of Tax Records
j)    Bank Agent
k)    Overseeing the operations of the finance department
l)     General Administrative Work

Required Qualifications and Competencies
a)    Minimum 5 years hands on relevant experience preferably in Agribusiness
b)    Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance/Accounting Option)
c)    CPA-K and a member of ICPAK
d)    Experience in Audits is desirable
e)    Good communication, Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
f)    Sound knowledge of ERP system as well as other accounting fundamentals
