Associate Business Manager - Customer Success

Role Outline
•    Work with Product and Marketing teams to devise Marketing strategies, Lead generation plans and Product strategies 
•    Guide customer on additional requirements such as LAN 
•    Provide high-level technical and product implementation support
•    Generation of new leads 
•    Testing new ideas, combining data and insight to learn, and implement
•    Competitor analysis i.e. market trends and trends within the software market
•    Proactively and expediently solve customer concerns
•    Setting of challenging goals and plans to achieve the goals with a priority in risk management.
•    Ensure strong relationships with customers at to maintain ongoing revenue stream and product usage 
•    Using new ideas, solutions and accurately analysis of information to manage changing environments.
•    Understand the customer structure and ensure product usage at all levels 
•    Refer to the provided escalation matrix to ensure the turnaround time SLA 

Required Qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or a related discipline, from a reputed University
•    4-5 years of sales experience. Good understanding of technology environment and small and medium businesses will be an added advantage

  • Experience in software sales is a must
    •    Strong Customer Relationship Management skills will be an added advantage
    •    Technical knowledge (Software) & MS – Office skills
