Poste et missions
LeadÂ Transactions: Oversee the entire investment cycle fromÂ origination to desk and onsite due diligence, including preparing and reviewing financial models,Â preparing investment committee memos,Â conducting credit risk assessments andÂ negotiating and structuring transactions to managing financial close.Â Portfolio Management: Maintain strong customer relationships for portfolio monitoring purposes andÂ addressingÂ scaling needs.Â Identify potential defaults or areas of concern and provide necessary support for clients, including waivers,Â amendments, or restructuresÂ asÂ may be required. Financial Modelling: Take charge of investment analysis and financial modelling function for more complex transactions, while supervising and supporting a team of investment analysts in similar functions.Â Portfolio Growth Support:Â Participate in theÂ origination efforts byÂ participating in clientÂ relationship development fromÂ the early stage, lead deal screening, and secure internal buy-in for potential transactions.Â Stakeholder Management:Â Build and manage clientrelationships, leadÂ transaction negotiations and documentation and coordinate with internal support functions, such as Risk, Legal, ESG and Compliance, throughout the investment cycle. Brand building: Â Represent Mirova SunFunder atÂ conferences, seminars, and other relevant events in the region or worldwide, as required.Â Strategic initiative:Â Contribute to growth initiatives, including organizing or participating in company trainings and contributing to the development of our investment analysts. Engage in other ad-hoc priority tasks such as supportingÂ investor site visits/ due diligence requests.
Profil et compÃ©tences requises

-Detail oriented and a critical thinker who challenges assumptions.
-Proficient in written and oral English communication
-Proactive problem solver with a tract record of success.
-Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality and timely results.
-At least 5 yearsâ work experience with corporate finance advisory, private equity, project
finance, debt structured finance, or project development in Africa or other emerging
markets having worked for an investment advisory firm, investment fund or company.
-Strong academic records from a top-tier institution.
-French speaking capability is a plus
