Job Summary
As the Associate Team Leader for Key Accounts in Modern Trade, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with major retail partners. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring that our stationery products are prominently featured and effectively marketed within modern trade

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for all key account-related matters.
· Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to modern trade accounts to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
· Product Placement: Work closely with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility within stores. Collaborate on promotional activities and in-store events to boost product awareness.
· Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
· Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key accounts in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the stationery or consumer goods industry, with a focus on modern trade channels.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or account management is a plus.
