JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for promoting the image of Sai Universal Supplies Limited so that maximum growth occurs. Additionally, he/she should interact professionally with customers and staff in order to create favorable and lasting disposition towards our products and services.

KEY RESULT AREAS/INDICATORS OF GOOD PERFORMANCE

❖ Meeting set targets if not exceeding.
❖ 100% customer retention.
❖ Accuracy of sales and collection reports.
❖ Minimal customer complains.
❖ Market share growth.
❖ Increasing sales volumes and revenue.
❖ Positive public image of SUSL.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer acquisition

Sensitize customers/clients/organizations who fit the description of the market segment SUSL serves about our products and how we work.

Customer registration
Capture accurate data for prospect customers. Information includes, customer/organization name, outlet type, location and route.

Customer retention
Ensuring that through the quality of service rendered, existing customers continue to choose SUSL as their preferred supplier. In addition, grow footprint by bringing on board more customers.

Relationship management
Ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information about SUSL initiatives such as price changes, new products listings, promotions and new ways of working.

Payments
You shall be fully accountable and responsible for collection of payments and follow up of the same from your clients from all sales made on their accounts. A monthly report of the same shall also be sent to the Directors.

Resource utilization
Efficiently use company resources to ensure optimal returns for the company. These includes ensuring that vehicle/motorcycle and other company assets as may be allocated are in proper working conditions and available for inspection should the need arise.

Reports
Submit accurate sales and collection, and sales plan reports to the Directors in time for review and planning purposes.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in Autoparts (Tyres, Batteries, Brake pads, Lubricants, Accessories) - A MUST
● Aged 25 - 45 years old
● Minimum education of “o” levels & Diploma
● Females are highly encouraged to apply

Benefits
● Ksh 45,000 Gross salary + Car + Incentives
