Position Reportsto: Operations Manager

OBJECTIVE

Provide Clerical Support services within the Company


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

  • Processing all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
  • Input daily collection into the system and assign to the scheduled vehicles
  • Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required
  • Sort and distribute incoming shipments
  • Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor
  • Follow current standards and procedures
  • Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete
  • Problem solves for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries
  • Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
  • Make deliveries within the office
  • Assist in documentation for invoicing process


JOB SPECIFICATIONS

The job holder must possess:

  • High school Certificate
  • Certificate in Office Administration, IT, Customer service will be an added advantage
  • Strong Computer skills and working Knowledge in Microsoft
  • Time management, organization and customer skills
  • Attention to details
