We are looking for qualified and highly experienced carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters for construction project in Nairobi.

Carpenters

Must have qualification/certificate in carpentry trade and at least 5 years’ experience in joinery. Experience in timber frame construction will be highly desirable. Job requires building/constructing, timber structure frames, timber decks, door frames, tables, chairs and cabinets.

Plumbers

Must have qualification/certificate in plumbing trade and at least 5 years’ experience. Job requires installing water tank, connection to borehole, installing and connecting bathroom and kitchen fittings, installing bio-digester and lawn sprinkler system.

Electricians

Must have qualification/certificate in electrical trade and at least 5 years’ experience. Job requires installing standby generator and connecting designated equipment, installing solar panels, electrical wiring for lights, security system, power outlets, emergency lighting and kitchen equipment and appliances.

Painters

Must have qualification/certificate in painting trade and at least 5 years’ experience. Job requires preparing surfaces and applying paint to interior surfaces, wood surfaces and iron surfaces. Must have experience using roller brush and spray gun.

Expectation of daily rate must be included.
