Business Development Assistant

Job Description:

The Business Development Assistant will assist the Business Development team with market research, client management and project coordination. You will be responsible for daily administrative support, data analysis and report preparation to drive business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Development Manager in developing and executing business development plans and strategies.

Conduct market research, collect and analyze market data, and provide decision support.

Prepare and organize business proposals, reports and presentation materials.

Maintain customer database, track customer needs, arrange meetings and business negotiations.

Coordinate internal resources to support the smooth progress of business development projects.

Handle daily administrative affairs, including meeting arrangements, document management and email communication.

Participate in business development activities such as exhibitions, conferences, etc., and follow up.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management, international trade or related majors are preferred.

1-2 years of work experience in related fields, internship experience is also considered.

Have good communication, organization and coordination skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Have good data analysis and report writing skills.

Strong learning ability and initiative, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Fluent English and multilingual skills are preferred.
