Job Description KKCO East Africa is an independent accounting and advisory firm of Certified Public Accountants situated in Kenya with a vision for significant growth across the continent of Africa. Established in by two founding partners: Mr Isaiah Kimani and Mr Joshua Kerretts, the firm was known as Kimani Kerretts & Co, which was then rebranded to KKCO East Africa in .KKCO East Africa’s main objective is to deliver business solutions to our broad–based clients. We aim to inculcate the culture of growth and wealth creation to investors while nurturing career development and opportunities. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe business development associate will provide support to the business development team in opening new doors and generating new business opportunities for KKCO East Africa across all industries and all service lines within the firm by implementing marketing strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIESContent creation Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts. Research: Conduct market research and understand different industry within KKCO target markets.Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates. Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data (e.g., web traffic and rankings, social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)Monitor competitors’ marketing activities. Presentation Participate in sales presentation for KKCO.Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling stories about our services.Prepare regular sales forecasting reports. Proposals and status in liaison with the Business Development Manager.Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns. Regularly (daily) and consistently use CRM system to ensure that data reporting, customer information, and sales activity/pipeline are up to date.In collaboration with the Business Development Team Leader, identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities at prospects and select existing client accounts.Regular source for business leads in liaison with the Partners and Team Leaders and provide status update on a weekly basis on progress of the leads.Carry out internal and external marketing campaigns on a quarterly basis. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES Implementing of the KKCO marketing strategy.Number of leads generated on weekly basis.Management of our social and other digital media managementQuality well researched articles and marketing content. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES.Qualification Bachelor’s degree (Marketing and Communication will be an added advantage.Minimum of 1 years of experience in a marketing role.Experience in SEO marketingExperience in research, writing and editing skills.
