Job Summary:
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our homecare detergent products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales and marketing acumen, as well as a passion for the homecare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the homecare detergent sector.
● Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
● Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
● Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the homecare or consumer goods industry.
● Strong understanding of the homecare detergent market and industry trends.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive business growth.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
