Business Development Manager - Catering

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have experience in the catering industry and a proven track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, for supplying ready lunch and breakfast to the office and other workplaces.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
•    Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
•    Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
•    Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful execution of sales and partnerships
•    Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and future plans.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the catering industry.
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
•    Strong understanding of market trends and competition
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
