ROLE & CONTEXT
Purpose of Role
• To grow the Chrystals Limited (Kenya) Ltd portfolio while generating profitable revenue.
• To lead and steer a team towards achieving set company objectives.
• Chrystals Limited was established in October 2009 to play in the branding and advertising industry – with bias towards production of POS adverting materials
• Chrystals is in the process of revamping its business, with the aim of providing exemplary client experience in delivery of visibility solutions.
• To achieve great client experience, it’s important to invest behind key 3 areas.
o In resources and equipment for timely excellence in execution.
o Digital transformation

• Given the above there is need for the company to engage a dedicated resource for business growth and development.
• Reporting to the General Manager and Director,
• He will have strong relationships with: -
• Other section managers (Finance, Creative, Production)
• Other related business units within the larger business
• Managing and leading the client service executive(s)

1. Senior business decision makers as well as other executives at all levels within various organizations.
2. Service Providers/Suppliers
3. Peers in the industry, external industry data sources

NEED TO DO
A. Business Generation
• To achieve the set revenue targets (i.e., numerical and profitability) through: -
o Proactively developing and growing the pipeline, leading to
• New businesses.
• Growing existing portfolio as well as across and within Industries
o Leading in designing innovative proposals
o Leading and directing the client service team for optimal client satisfaction.
B. Client Servicing
• Lead in developing and executing client experience
• Build award winning relationships that open opportunities to upsell
• To plan and execute the plans on how to ensure Chrystals Limited is top of mind in clients’ mind
C. Quality Control
• Ensure clients artworks and samples are signed off before commencement of any project.
• Give regular feedback to client on progress of their project
• Accurate reporting
D. Planning and Reporting
o Maintain an accurate evolving sales pipeline.
o Client visitation as per planned schedule
Timely: - Review plan and reports as per schedule.
1. Minimum qualification a university degree,
• Sales Leadership Experience
• +3 years in a print or advertising environment.
• Mastery in the field of digital print, branding terminology and fabrication
• Be current with industry trends
