Job Description/Requirements
Regional Leadership: Oversee sales team and direct sales operations in Kenya, focusing on construction and renewable energy channels.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base and drive revenue.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to penetrate key markets, including structural engineering firms, architects, prefabricated and containerized product companies, and renewable energy providers to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Identify, develop, build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Channel Partner Development: Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, enhancing market reach and collaboration.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, using this information to refine sales strategies.
Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with channel partners to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Performance Management: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the executive team.
