Job Position: Business Development Executive

Nairobi, Kenya

Key Roles and Responsibilities

·       Coordinates with the sales team to develop selling tools for presentations and demos.

·       Suggest new product concepts, enhancements, and potential new partnerships.

·       Determine, advising and closing VMS sales agreements with company executives.

·       present proposals on a potential client’s needs.

·       present quotes and suggests VMS solutions based on customers’ needs.

·       Uncover potential clients' needs to sell solutions.

·       Update based on product information, pricing and contract terms.

·       Assist product positioning through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.

·       Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.

·       Manage industry's competitive knowledge to leverage the sales cycle.

·       Maintain from prospecting to closure.

 & Qualifications

·        Bachelor Degree in Business or IT.

·        At least 2+ years’ experience in IT Sales.

·        Proven record of meeting large sales targets.

·        Knowledge and experience in Software Solution sales is preferred.

·        Able to work under pressure.

·        ONLY candidates with IT sales experience should apply.


Other Skills

·       Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret performance and market trend information.

·       Excellent Oral and written communication skills with ample experience in presentations.

·       Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales position.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and strong closing skills.

·       Aggressive in selling.

·       Committed good work ethic & organized.
