Job Description/Requirements

SemaUsikike Limited (“SemaUsikike”) is a marketing and communications firm specializing in political consulting and data analytics.  Our goal is to develop and implement impactful communication strategies that are data driven and targeted using a multi-channel approach. In this role, you will strive to establish SemaUsikike’s market position, achieve financial growth through generating business opportunities from SemaUsikike’s technology platforms and implement long-term organizational strategic goals while maintaining extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       To assist in the management and marketing of all revenue streams including integrated communications solutions, online and social media promotion solutions, electioneering support services, communications strategy formulation, data analytics, feedback analysis and integrated polls and research-based consulting services

2.      Prepare, coordinate, and implement the organisation’s marketing plan

3.      Carry out market research on new products and services including competitor activity analysis with a view to identify emerging needs and gauge customer satisfaction, making recommendation to products and services

4.      Selling & Cross-Selling of SemaUsikike’s products

5.      Develop and provide leadership in implementation of marketing and communication strategy to achieve SemaUsikike’s business and corporate strategies

6.      Execute and integrate online and offline marketing initiatives including mass media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, branch awareness and other marketing initiatives

7.      Drive customer acquisition through collaboration with agents across the country

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS   

·        A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with excellent IT and Computing Skills

·        Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in business development and marketing of Information & Communication Technology products including ICT Systems, Mobile Applications, Cloud Based Services and Telephony Services

·        Social Media enthusiast with an influential online personality and existing connections with local (i.e Kenyan) media organizations will be an added advantage

·        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience in business proposals development, procurement regulations and business networking
