Job Description/Requirements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Strategic Outreach & Market Expansion
- Execute business development plans targeting corporate clients, referring doctors, clinics, and community networks.
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with hospital capabilities and growth goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client behavior to support strategic positioning.
2. Relationship Management & Partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including doctors, HMOs, insurance companies, schools, and employers.
- Organize and manage outreach activities such as medical camps, health talks, exhibitions, and partner engagement forums.
- Support the signing and renewal of SLAs, MoUs, and preferred provider agreements.
3. Brand Visibility & Service Promotion
- Drive visibility for the hospital’s departments, specialties, and wellness packages through offline and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, community activations, digital presence, and promotional materials.
- Support the launch of new service lines and ensure market awareness.
4. Corporate & VIP Client Relations
- Design and implement retention strategies for high-value corporate and VIP clients.
- Serve as the liaison for client feedback, complaint resolution, and service enhancement recommendations.
- Promote wellness programs and annual screening packages to institutional clients.
5. Revenue Tracking & Performance Reporting
- Monitor growth KPIs including patient inflow, referral volumes, and corporate account activity.
- Prepare regular business development reports and presentations for management review.
- Identify underperforming areas and propose corrective action plans.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in Healthcare Marketing, Sales, or Client Relations is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing — preferably in a hospital, clinic, health insurance, or diagnostics setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, client acquisition strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
