Job Description/Requirements
- Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to emails related to vehicle rentals, bookings, service requests, or general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about available vehicles, pricing, terms, and procedures.
- Assist customers with booking and reservation processes, and update records in the system.
- Log customer concerns, escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, payments, vehicle returns, or service feedback.
- Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional tone at all times.
- Work closely with operations, fleet, and accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training to stay updated on services and promotions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and uphold UTU Cars’ brand and service standards.
