Car Workshop Manager

Responsibilities:
•    Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and other staff members
•    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
•    Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner, while also ensuring that the highest standards of quality are maintained
•    Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their repairs and answer any questions they may have
•    Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workshop is kept clean and organized
•    Monitor and manage the workshop's budget, including the purchase of tools and equipment
•    Provide training and support to mechanics and other staff members as needed
•    Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the automotive industry, especially related to European cars

Qualifications:
•    Nita Grade 1 in motor vehicle mechanics or motorcycle electrician
•    Proven experience as a Car Workshop Manager or similar role
•    Strong knowledge of European car models and mechanics
•    Excellent management and leadership skills
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
