Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to the high standards of processing.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Ensure nut processing runs smoothly
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Follow up on packaging materials stock and other processing inputs.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Coordinate cleaning of all equipment's.
• Any other responsibility which shall be deemed fit for the person shall be shared.
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Experience in catering business
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
