Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the company. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, risk assessment, and compliance to drive long-term business growth and profitability. The CFO will provide strategic financial insights, optimize operational efficiency, and oversee the implementation of a new ERP system. Additionally, the CFO will play a critical role in capital allocation, fundraising, and investment decisions while ensuring regulatory adherence and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership
   • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
   • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
   • Lead capital allocation, fundraising, and investment strategies to maximize growth.
   • Collaborate with the CEO and Board to drive financial performance and long-term sustainability.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
   • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business growth.
   • Ensure robust financial planning to manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
   • Implement cost optimization strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
3. Risk Management & Compliance
   • Identify and mitigate financial risks in a dynamic business environment.
   • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements.
   • Establish strong internal controls and financial reporting frameworks.
4. Accounting & Financial Reporting
   • Supervise accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
   • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
   • Ensure timely audits and adherence to industry financial best practices.
5. ERP Implementation & Process Optimization
   • Lead the implementation of a new ERP system to streamline financial operations.
   • Improve reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
   • Optimize finance processes to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Leadership & Team Development
   • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
   • Foster a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
   • Ensure collaboration between finance and other business units.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Age 40-45 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in the Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and capital allocation.
• Experience in ERP system implementation and process automation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate finance, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
