Our best fit candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or a similar field and possess several years of accounting with managerial experience in the Hospitality industry.
Owing that the successful candidate will from time to time have to make presentations to the top management, they will be tasked With :
(a)Ensuring that Accounting Records are properly maintained.
(b) Preparation of Budgets, Cash flow and other financial statement.
(c) Preparation and Presentation of periodic management accounts.
(d) All Statutory Compliances.
(e) Audits and Compliances
(f) Liaison with External Agencies like KRA, Auditors, Financial Institutions and internally with the Departments.
Qualified CPA / ACCA or an equivalent Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting or Finance) would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ similar experience in a busy environment, in the Accounting & Finance Department of a Hotel
