Job Description

•    Recruitment of the teaching/ training staff and other personnel
•    Oversee day-to-day college operations
•    Manage college logistics and budgets
•    Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national/ International curricula
•    Monitor and report on teacher performance
•    Present data from college performance to board members
•    Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
•    Review and implement college policies
•    Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
•    Handle emergencies and college crises
•    Ensure compliance to a safe and clean environment for students
•    Oversee the growth of the college
•    Liaise with relevant authorities with regard to inspection.
