College Principal - Fidenza School of Nursing

The hospital board seeks to recruit for .
Reporting to the CEO, The School of Nursing Principal provides leadership to the School of Nursing and is responsible for academic excellence, regulatory compliance, student success, and overall management of the school.
He is also responsible in setting the tone for clinical professionalism and ensure graduates meet Nursing Council standards.
Principal, Fidenza School of NursingQualifications, Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes Required:

• 
  
• BSc Nursing minimum.
  
• MSc in Nursing / MSc Public Health or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  
• Registered with and in good stand with the Nursing Council of Kenya with a current practicing license.
  
• Over 5+ years clinical experience, with at least 3 years in nursing education or management.
  
• Strong knowledge of competency-based education and nursing pedagogy.
  
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Good communication, report writing, and IT skills.
  
• Familiarity with quality assurance and accreditation processes.
  
• High integrity, professionalism, and a student-cantered mindset.
  
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and good at mentoring staff and students.
  
• Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  
• Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
  
• Must demonstrate commitment to operational effectiveness
  
• Should have ability to solve problems by applying relevant business knowledge
  
• Should demonstrate professional expertise in the relevant work area
  
• Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn and able to work flexible hours to achieve goals
  
• Ability to translate and communicate biblical values / hospital ethics in personal life and professional life
