Key Accountabilities

• Manage overall Commercial anti-piracy legalization functions relating to:
  • Pay tv
  • Channels, new and existing
  • Anti-Piracy
  • Technical
  • Commercial Legalization
• People Management – liaising with MAL Anti-Piracy legalization manager
• Drive commercial legalization incremental revenues.
• Liaise and work with MAL anti-piracy legalization team on all commercial-related functions, and ensure implementation thereof
• Work with MAL Anti-Piracy GM and Commercial anti-piracy legalization manager with regards to all anti-piracy & commercial related projects
• Assist with the sales for Commercial Products and Services to all Non-Compliant Commercial Subscribers
• Investigation & data mining of all commercial outlets that are utilizing MAL content illegally and convert or disconnect outlets identified
• Legalizing of all commercial outlets e.g. pubs, clubs, hotels and compounds
• Monthly reporting on all commercial legalization incremental revenues for MAL management team and to the MAL Anti-Piracy Commercial legalization manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant Degree
• 4yrs Experience in relevant field
• Project Management certificate/experience
• Knowledge of Pay TV and streaming technology trends
• Understanding of broadcasting & commercial piracy, Commercial Policies and Procedures
• Experience in a Commercial Sales Environment, markets and corporate companies
