Using technology adapted for the local market and the right business model to achieve scale, our vehicles deliver superior driving performance, emit 75% less carbon than petrol motorcycles with zero tailpipe emissions and put over $ a year back into drivers’ pockets.About the roleAmpersand seeks a communications & marketing associate who will organize and execute corporate events, manage social media strategies, collaborate with a global PR firm, and contribute to digital media production as we establish a strong digital presence.Key Responsibilities :Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, such as product launches, conferences, trade shows, and press conferences.Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and guest invitations.Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.Oversee post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvement. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and engage with target audiences.Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and manage online communities.Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaboration with Global PR Firm: Liaise with an international PR firm to align PR strategies and messaging across different markets.Coordinate media relations activities, including press releases, media briefings, and interview opportunities.Assist in drafting and editing press materials, presentations, and other communication materials.Maintain regular communication with the PR firm, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely deliverables. Digital Media Production: Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital media content, such as videos, infographics, animations, and podcasts.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Ensure digital media materials are optimized for various channels and devices.Conducting customer interviews and focus groups and processing these learnings into targeted media.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company’s digital presence.
