Job Description


  • Supervision of premises and ensure safety for assists and community
  • Customer service - Ensuring that guests and community patrons are well served on all shared services
  • Ensure that the house Keepers and Caretaker have all the required working tool and materials and supervise their work.
  • Opening and closing of the offices and ensuring that customers are shown around.
  • Executing the contracts signed and ensuring ¬†appropriate filing of the same.
  • Ensuring all office Office administration duties are done.¬†
  • Ensuring all licenses are renewed promptly.
