Job Description

Description: Create, cook, shape candy and snacks
Certifications/Education: Certificate, Diploma in Baking Confectionery

Responsibilities
• Create new and exciting products that interest of clients
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements
• Proven work experience in making candy, baking, confectionery
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• At least 2 years and above

Be able to work in a start-up environment
