• Assisting the Banqueting Manager
• Coordinating all events of conferencing
• Coordinating with Kitchen department to ensure smooth running of all operations
• Actively doing all stock control, stock counts and requisitions
• Fully in charge of all Conferencing.
• Deputize the Restaurant Manager, in liaison of F&B Manager.
