Job Description: ‘Corporate Solutions Manager’

You take overall ownership and accountability for the development of the team and the brand. You are expected to use your network, business skills, consulting knowledge and operational expertise combined with deep user and market understanding to build the Brand and business and exceed set goals and targets.
Reporting into Head of Sales
Ensure that the client needs are met by :
● Upselling of all H.R. related services to the client
● Follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction
● Sends proposals to the client
● Ensures costings are done correctly
● Follows up with recruiters to ensure that all candidates are suitable for the roles
● Manages the client relationship
● Expands business within suitable clients
● Involved with interviewing of suitable candidates for the client when required
● When required: will source suitable candidates from the relevant databases
● Follows up with the client to ensure satisfaction
● Responsible for meet targets as set from time to time
● Responsible for the creation of pipelines within the business
● Negotiating deals
● Closing of deals
● Managing client satisfaction
● Interpretation of clients needs into tangible solutions
● Creation of presentations when required
Customer success managers
KPIs to measure success.
● Adhere to the CRM Policy
● Adherence to minimum standards
● Understanding of the resourcing process (end to end) as well as procedures and operating model
● Understanding of all H.R. related products offers
● Revenue targets,set every month.
All the targets set by the business are subject to review from time to time.
Qualifications and experience
● Commercial understanding of the market in which they operate
● Attention to detail
● 5 years plus years in a consulting /sales environment within a similar industry. HR. Related
● Experience in B2B selling
● Presentation skills
● Pricing modeling
