For this Customer care role we seek a vibrant person who is good in sales

  • Experience Level: Volunteer, internship
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description


  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
  • Able to handle enquiries in regards to all our products
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process


  • A vibrant person who is good in sales
  • Fresh graduate Certificate or diploma ONLY  on either Secretarial/Customer Care/ PR /Sales
    (never worked before)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent  both written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy- someone we can train our products
  • Age between 19 – 23 years
  • Ready to work in shift
