Customer service agents (Virtual)
You will act as the bridge between the mental health professionals and our patients. You will be required to provide solutions to our clients as well as direct them to where to get the help they require. This position will be virtual hence you require a very stable internet connection. As a person, you should be kind and understanding. Proficiency in your mother tongue (speaking) will be an added advantage. No prior experience is required.
Note: You might be required to provide a voice note as part of the recruitment process. Voice coaching will be provided on a need basis.
The 3-month intern/volunteer program will be used to shortlist for our permanent staff.
Our system is phone-based through USSD *483*90# for the health providers and *483*87# for the patients. It is expected that those applying will have accustomed themselves to the channels.
