• To provide general customer support
• Resolve simple customer issues and escalate the major ones to the appropriate support team.
• Record customer complaints and requirements and summarize to the supervisor.
• Updating customer records after each interaction with the customer.
• To assist the sales team in boosting sales and performance.
• Process orders in the system according to customer order list.
• Prepare daily and monthly customer service report to the Supervisor
• Any other duties as will be assigned by the Supervisor
• Diploma in sales and marketing/ Public relations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service.
