Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for attentive and patient customer service representatives to help us with our work!
Monthly salary: 80,000-100,000 (KES)
Main responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Provide product and service information and assist in solving customer problems.
Record customer information and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
College degree or above, no major limit.
More than 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in using computers and related software.
