Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Responsibilities list:
• Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails
• Identifying sales opportunities & Generating sales leads
• Building rapport and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Generating Quotations and Invoices
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
• Closing sales and achieving company quotas
• Staying informed about products and service information updates
• Working on Tenders and RFQ’s and ensuring timely delivery for the same
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Minimum requirements are

2years working experience

A diploma in a related course I.e Customer care / Marketing / Sales

A people’s person / outgoing

Empathy, good communication, and problem-solving

Speed: Quick response and positive engagement.

Multi-channel communication: Able to work on multiple platforms like telephone, social media messaging, or live chat.

Proactive: Should be able to Answer FAQs and product information, without the need to contact the others
