Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any customer issues.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Duties   
•    Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
•    Manage and maintain all customer communication channels (Phone lines, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, CRM and social media pages)
•    Responding promptly to all customer inquiries on all channels.
•    Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
•    Knowing our products inside and out so that they can answer all the related questions.
•    Processing new orders and requests.
•    Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
•    Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
•    Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
•    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
