Our client is the proud owner of the Fahari LPG Gas, a premium gas provider that serves local businesses and households in Kenya. Founded with a passion for excellence, our goal is to provide our customers with clean, affordable and efficient LPG gas products. We aim to empower communities through the use of environmentally friendly LPG product

  • Minimum Qualification:Bachelor

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Creation of client retention and loyalty program to ensure referrals and repeat business
  •  Brand Champion- building and positioning the company as the key to go to company
  • Generate sales leads and advise the head of Sales on the same
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Execute all other assignments as will be directed by the manager


Key Skills & Qualification
Degree/Diploma in any related field

Computer literate with strong competence in MS Office Packages –including Excel, Access, Windows Professional, and PowerPoint. 

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in managing Sales and Operations/Logistics, Distribution, and exposure in managing a Customer Service docket within an FMCG environment.
