Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

Job Description/Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
•    Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•    Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
•    Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
•    Take the extra mile to engage customers
•    Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
•    Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

•    Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
•    Track record of over-achieving quota
•    Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
•    Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
•    Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•    0-3 years of experience in this field or related field
•    Have at least a diploma in this field or related field.
