Smart technology, we’re rapidly growing our subscription-model business with the mission to 10x the quality of life in Africa. We currently serve 500+ customers in Lagos and are in the process of expanding across the continent. Here is more information about our operations in  Lagos and Nairobi.


Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with customers from their onboarding to forever

  2. Manage customers' service schedules to make sure everything happens on time

  3. Oversee customers' service delivery to make sure every service delivered is of Eden quality

  4. Intercept and solve problems before they reach the customer

  5. Keep customers in the loop proactively without being intrusive

  6. Ultimately, have every customer walking away with a smile after every Eden interaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related course

  • You have at least four years’ experience managing a customer success team.

  • Excellent customer management skills and the ability to follow-up & follow-through.

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Strong organization, social, and time management skills..

  • Strategic with the ability to take high-level sales strategies into system & process requirements.
