Customer Support Agent (Voice Support)

Job Summary

You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Tasks include:

  • - Diagnose and solve customers problems
  • - Communicate effectively via voice support with our customers
  • - Coordinate effectively with peers and managers
  • - Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture


  • - At least 1-year experience in a call center
  • - Must have excellent spoken and written English for voice support
  • - Previously handled customer support needs of US/UK clients a plus
  • - Has a conducive remote working environment
  • - Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power – with backups in case of outages
