Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) is a State Corporation established through the Science and Technology (Amendment) Act of , which has since been amended to Science, Technology and Innovation Act . The Act established KEMRI as a National body responsible for carrying out health research in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing program tracking databases in support of program evaluation activities Merging data across databases and check for data inconsistencies and outliers using STATA Cleaning and editing medical record data for analysis Generating data reports on program activities Sample size calculation, statistical interpretation Preparation of tables, figures, results using statistical methodsVacancy Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biostatistics/Statistics or Applied Mathematics from a recognized UniversityImportant Safety Tips
