- Minimum Qualification:Diploma
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Contacting customers through Calls, Emails, SMSs, Letters and Visits to pay their debts/obligations
- Updating customer conversations on the CRM System.
- Following up customers payments schedules/diaries to ensure payments come through as promised
- Negotiating repayment Plans, Accounts activations with customers.
- Assessing customers ability to pay and discussing various available options to enable debt repayments.
- Visiting customers in their work place/businesses to discuss repayment plans
- Ability to handle customers Complaints and Disputes.
- Any other duty that may be assigned
