JOB SUMMARY
Requirements7+ years in Service Delivery, Project/Program Management, Operations, or Client Delivery rolesExperience managing complex, multi-country or enterprise accountsStrong experience with executive stakeholders and high-pressure delivery environmentsSolid understanding of commercial impact, risk, and workforce coordination
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end delivery performance (SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, commercial outcomes in partnership with the DSL, SL)Lead delivery in complex, fast-changing environmentsTake full accountability for client commitments and outcomesIdentify risks early and drive resolutionLead the resolution of incidents and ensure service continuityBalance client expectations with operational and commercial realitiesClient & Stakeholder ManagementBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Directors, VPs, Executives)Lead governance and delivery discussionsProvide clear recommendations and solutionsChallenge unrealistic expectations constructivelyAct as a trusted delivery partner to the clientCross-Functional Delivery LeadershipCoordinate project delivery teams at all levels for successful deliveryDrive accountability and execution across all delivery contributorsAlign internal teams (Ops, Talent, Finance, Compliance etc) to deliver prioritiesRemove blockers and manage dependenciesInfluence stakeholders without direct authoritySupport workforce planning for specialised talent needsGovernance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with contractual, regulatory, legal, and security requirementsMaintain strong governance and reporting standards
