Role & Function
• Responsible for making calls to the existing customers to generate sales and meet cross-organizational sales goals.

Primary Tasks
• Actively On-board new Members (customers) on Medsource Platform
• Generate and qualify leads through calling existing clients.
• Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.
• Making outbound calls to identify and develop sales opportunities and identify key contacts
• Close sales and meet monthly sales targets in accordance with sales plan.
• Provide support to other Sales Team to ensure corporate sales goals are achieved and customers are well served
• Ensure client satisfaction and account growth, including upsells to current accounts
• To provide brief information on the special offers being run at the time
• To alert the customer on stock out and short expiry.
• Produce activity reports.
• Supporting collections – contacting members with due/overdue accounts for payment

Job Specification

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales training in lieu of degree Or Diploma with 2 years’ experience
Stackable credentials and experience can also be considered.

Professional and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven results
