Job Summary

The job holder’s main role will be to drive customer acquisition and retention through the creation and execution of approved digital marketing campaigns that are appealing, exciting and informative to end users to guarantee play and value. He/she will also be expected to manage and optimize all approved digital channels with the aim of growing the market share and maximizing revenue.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
1.    Work with the HOD to implement the approved digital marketing strategy to drive demand generation for all company products by:
a.    Creating appropriate digital marketing communication concepts together with other creatives; translating the concepts into viable marketing communication; ensuring quality of communication and adherence to brand standards.
b.    Maintaining the digital marketing calendar and schedule and pushing out all approved digital marketing communication to the intended audience within the agreed timelines and on all approved channels
c.    Identifying industry trends and insights and recommending innovative growth ideas

2.    Optimize all digital marketing channels (e.g. websites, social media etc) by:
a.    Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
b.    Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
3.    Monitor, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against present ROI and KPIs daily
4.    Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data
5.    Developing and presenting learnings from user analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations
6.    Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
7.    Translate data into insights that help stakeholders understand customer needs, behavioral drivers and content performance in a concise and effective manner
8.    Engage with the digital and marketing teams to optimize website funnels, channel performance and customer segmentation

Job Specifications
•    A Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related field
•    Professional Certification in Marketing from a recognized Institution
•    4-5 years relevant work experience in digital marketing
•    Experience in consumer segment marketing is ideal
•    Solid experience of website analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics and management of corporate social media
•    Demonstrable experience in managing SEM and SEO
•    Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
•    High Creativity to enable contextual intelligence driven marketing
•    Sharp analytical approach to digital marketing through data driven thinking with interest in disruptive marketing
