Knowledge, skills and qualifications
- Diploma in digital marketing.
- 1-2 years’ demonstrated experience in digital marketing, online sales and social media activations.
- Extremely strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage digital platforms.
- An enthusiastic individual with outstanding problem solving skills and ability to offer unmatched online customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail—ability to analyse data and proactively identify and address issues.
- Demonstrate teamwork and ability to work under minimal supervision
Key roles and responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieve Ecommerce revenue targets
- Design creative digital promotional and customer engagement content.
- Ensure adherence to the highest levels of customer service.
- Support brand awareness and equity growth across online platforms.
- Generate progress promotional and online sales report.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
