1. Daily management of social media platforms (Instagram/Fb/Twitter)
2. Assist with development of audience targeting parameters
3. Manage queues in waiting areas
4. Answer calls., messages or social media posts by customers
5. Resolve issues with clients and escalate to management as need arises
6. Interface with insurance companies in consultation with the claims officer.
1. Working knowledge of MS office (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint)
2. Degree/ Diploma in any of the fields: Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communication.
3. Proficient In content creation using Photoshop and video editing software.
4. Great knowledge of social media platforms is an added advantage.
5. Passionate about working with children and providing excellent customer service.
6. Ability to multitask
